Rules and Regulations
1.	To join the monthly and grand raffle draws, consumers must send in as entry, one (1) empty box of Unique Toothpaste 50m L, or 100 mL, or 150 mL. The whole box should be submitted as entry bearing the brand name and grammage.
2.	Non-winning entries in the monthly draws are eligable in the succeeding draws.
3.	Winners must agree to have their names and addresses included in the winners' ad, announcement and other related advertisements. Names of the winners will be published in at least one leading newspaper.
4.	Winners will be notified via registered mail regarding how, when, and where to claim their prizes.
5.	Winners may claim their prizes upon presentation of any proper identification document (e.g. company ID with photo, passport, driver's license, etc.) together with the registered mail of notification at the ACS Head Office (Unit 1108 Antel Global Corporate Center, No. 3 Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila).
6.	Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfieted in favor of ACS, upon approval of DOH-BFAD.
7.	All prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 are TAX-PAID.
8.	In case of dispute, ACS' decision, in concurrence with DOH-BFAD, shall be final.
9.	All employees of ACS Manufacturing Corporation and McCann Worldgroup Philippines, Inc. including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
